Through "the night house" and "jetty nights", Wagan Watson utilises stylistic features to serve the purpose of portraying the Indigenous Australian experience as a marginalised community in a Western dominated society. Wagan Watson's works to bring to light both the violence brought onto Indigenous Australians and the struggle they face with assimilation.
